This furnished home is available for rent on a monthly- basis. This listing is available for rent for a minimum of 30 days. There is no penalty for an early departure, however, no refunds will be given.

It’s less than a mile to Gallatin Valley Mall and Whole Foods and 2.7 miles to downtown Bozeman. The home is also 10 miles to the airport, 20 miles to Bridger Bowl, 47 miles to Big Sky Resort, and 90 miles to Yellowstone National Park.

Getting around
There is a garage and driveway at the home for parking.

Getting around is easiest by vehicle. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you'll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana's beauty.

We understand plans can change, so here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:

• Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
• No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.
• Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
  Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).
