Downtown Bozeman
Bozeman's Main Street is a walkable strip of historic brick buildings packed with local shops, galleries, breweries, and restaurants, just minutes from most of our properties. It's an easy way to spend an evening or a slow morning without a car.
The Gallatin History Museum, the Emerson Center for the Arts and Culture, and a rotating lineup of live music venues keep downtown active beyond just shopping. In summer, the farmers market runs Tuesday evenings at Lindley Park, with a Saturday market at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds, and the Bozeman Music Festival and Christmas Stroll draw crowds in their respective seasons.
Start your morning
If you can get downtown early enough to park on the street, park in front of a good breakfast spot. We send people to Treeline Coffee Roasters at The Lark, 136 W Main St, on the west side of downtown. It is a great cup of coffee, and you can walk east from there.

Bozeman keeps growing, and many businesses are on the side streets now, not just on Main.

Dinner: Blackbird Kitchen. Book ahead, or stop in for a glass of wine and the chocolate budino. The sourdough bread is a favorite.

What fills downtown each season
Summer: Art walks on the second Friday, June through September, 6 to 8 pm. Music on Main and the Sweet Pea Festival.
Winter: One art walk in December, and the Christmas Stroll.
